Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd., working with Southwest University and other universities, is now recruiting postdoctoral research fellows for the year 2020 to build a first-class postdoctoral workstation of inclusive finance in China.

To this end, the Company sets up the first postdoctoral workstation in the field of inclusive finance in China in 2011, with a view to gathering talents and intellectual resources to contribute to the development of China’s inclusive finance. To study the customer targeting, operation mode, supervision and management, and risk control of small and medium-sized banking financial institutions; to explore the feasible ways for banks to deeply involve in enterprise operation through debt-to-equity swap; and to help enterprises with overcapacity realize strategic restructuring through investment-loan linkage, merger and acquisition, loan and other forms.
By virtue of the cooperation platform provided by China-Singapore (Chongqing) Sci-tech Finance Project, to analyze the experience in constructing Singapore financial opening and financial settlement centers; and to conduct research on such topics under the Project as offshore RMB business and the construction of RMB cross-border clearing system and settlement center;
To study ways of building an inclusive rural financial service system featuring complete functions and reasonable division of labor; to improve the fund operation and payment and settlement services of rural economy; and to explore the strategies of expanding rural markets for new small and medium-sized financial institutions represented by private banks, small loans, guarantees and leasing companies;
To deeply analyze mainstream consumption scenarios; focusing on the study of consumers’ individual needs to explore the full-process data-driven mode of consumer financial services from customer access, advance credit to approval and risk control; and to develop innovative customized financial products and services closely related to consumer behaviors;
To analyze the relationship between green finance, circular economy and sustainable development; to conduct research on the operation of green financial business, such as the development of green financial products, the operation of green financial business, the asset pricing and audit of green financial products, etc.; to study carbon finance, including the research on the construction of carbon finance system, localization of carbon finance, spillover effect of carbon finance, and carbon trading price;
To analyze the development logic of Chinese and foreign financial history; to explore and summarize historical events with enlightening significance and construct the inheritance vein of inclusive finance; and to complete monographs about specialized history or dynastic history of finance.
