On March 29, 2019, Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation with East Asia Research Institute, a Japanese not-for-profit organization, at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing. Shenyang Railway Hanhua Educational Excursion Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hanhua Financial Holding, signed a memorandum of cooperation with Kinki Nippon Tourist, the largest educational excursion company in Japan. The two parties would work together to actively carry out friendly exchanges between Chinese and Japanese youths and promote the friendly exchanges between the two countries in the new era with the assistance of the comprehensive service system of inclusive finance.

It is reported that the Chinese and Japanese governments designated 2019 as the "China-Japan Youth Exchange Promotion Year". The two countries plan to arrange for the exchange and visits of 30,000 young people in the next five years. As a leading inclusive financial investment group in China, Hanhua Financial Holding is committed to building a comprehensive service system of inclusive finance, constructing an inter-disciplinary, multi-level and sustainable industry-finance ecosystem, and supporting the development of educational business to be an important part of the comprehensive service system of inclusive finance.

According to the agreement, the two parties will start by organizing studies and cooperation between Chinese and Japanese primary and secondary school students in the fields of art, science, animation, sports, etc., and expand the vision of young people by a series of continuous educational excursion projects for Chinese and Japanese young people, so as to enhance international consciousness, promote educational and cultural exchanges between the two countries, and promote the friendship between the two peoples.

It is reported that in the future, the two parties will also try to explore diversified inclusive financial services and products such as credit, guarantees, and various special funds, supporting the educational excursions for Chinese and Japanese youth people, and utilizing the comprehensive service system of inclusive system to support more in-depth cooperation between China and Japan in new era in wider fields such as culture, technology, economy and finance, as well as in the implementation of the "Belt and Road" Initiative and cooperation in third-party markets.
