Based on the assessment of external and internal requirements, Hanhua has built a competitive and comprehensive compensation system, which determines the salary level according to the position requirements, individual ability and performance, and makes timely renewals and adjustments of compensation and benefits as per GDP, CPI, company profit-making and other macro factors.
